Mesias HR — workforce & payroll platform
Built with MRICON Solutions, a Hyderabad manpower outsourcing firm, from their real ledgers and their filed statutory returns rather than from a specification written in a meeting room.
It hires, stores statutory identifiers under encryption, posts workers to client sites, takes attendance, and computes a month of pay one day at a time — so a mid-month joiner, a mid-month leaver and a mid-month pay rise all come out right. It issues payslips, prepares provident fund and insurance returns, and refuses, deliberately, to sign off a month it cannot compute honestly.
The part that matters is invisible. A payroll figure a paisa out is a rejected return, so every rupee is computed in exact decimal and never in floating point. Every statutory rate is dated, because a rate written into code is a rate that silently becomes wrong. And the person who runs a payroll is not permitted to be the person who approves it.
